Cancellation, Refund, & Returns policy

Service Cancellation and Refund Policy:

For the purposes of this policy, the term "us", "our", "ours", "we", "the company" refer to Simply Savvy 360, LLC. The terms "you", "your", "yours", "client(s)" refer to the client and/or receiver of services rendered by Simply Savvy 360, LLC.

Home Organization Services:

  • For non-recurring service: A 25% deposit of the total amount due (session rate x number of sessions) is required at time of purchase and is non-refundable. Deposits are credited to your balance due.

  • For recurring (maintenance sessions) service: Clients who are on a monthly recurring maintenance session plan may cancel their recurring sessions any time after the first three (3) monthly billing cycles by emailing service@simplysavvy360.com

  • For both recurring and non-recurring sessions: No refunds will be issued once service has begun and/or has been rendered.

  • For both recurring and non-recurring sessions: Due to the vast territory we service, we kindly ask for at least 24 hours notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your session. Cancellations received less than 24 hours in advance of your scheduled session and/or in the event the client is a no-show when we arrive at their location will incur a $40 rescheduling fee should they wish to reschedule.

Virtual Assistant/Concierge Services:

  • For non-recurring service: Purchased hours are pre-paid (rate x number of hours, 5 hour minimum) and available for your use for 30 days from date of purchase. Unused hours do not rollover to the following month and are not refundable. (We recommend starting with 5 hours or the number of hours you know you will use in a month and purchase additional hours as needed)

  • For recurring service: You will be billed monthly for the predetermined number of hours selected by you (minimum 5 hours monthly). Unused hours do not rollover to the following month and are not refundable. Clients may increase or decrease their number of recurring hours (subject to the 5 hour minimum) any time by emailing us. Clients may cancel their recurring service any time after the first three (3) monthly billing cycles by emailing us. Our email is service@simplysavvy360.com

Product Return and/or Refund Policy:

Digital and/or downloadable products purchased directly from Simply Savvy 360 LLC:

  • Due to the instantaneous method of delivery associated with these products, and their non-physical format, they are not returnable and therefore non-refundable once the order is executed and/or fulfilled.

Digital, downloadable, and/or physical products purchased from a third-party by you:

  • Our website may contain affiliate links to third party companies' products or services on sites that are not under the control of Simply Savvy 360, LLC. Any purchase made by you from a third-party utilizing such links is subject to the return and refund policy of the respective third-party company and not that of Simply Savvy 360, LLC. You are responsible for any costs associated with such returns.

Digital, downloadable, and/or physical products purchased from a third party by us on your behalf:

  • We may, at your direction, purchase products from third-party companies for you on your behalf. Any such purchase made is subject to the return and refund policy of the respective third-party company and not that of Simply Savvy 360, LLC. You are responsible for any costs associated with such returns.
